This Camp is for 2009 and 2010 Born Players Who are playing AA this season. Each session will contain 45 minutes of instructional material, where the skaters will be taught how to prepare for, give, and receive body checks, followed by 15 minutes of small area drills / games where the skaters can work on their checking techniques in game like situations.
