This Camp is for 2007 and 2008 Born Players. Each session will contain 45 minutes of instructional material, where the skaters will be taught how to prepare for, give, and receive body checks, followed by 45 minutes of small area drills / games where the skaters can work on their checking techniques in game like situations.
